What You Provide

When you use the downloader, you provide a public post URL. We use that URL only to detect available media files and return download options. Do not submit private links, account credentials, or links you do not have permission to access.

Downloads and Storage

SnapX-Video does not permanently store downloaded videos. The tool may temporarily cache extraction metadata, such as a media URL and available video sizes, to keep the service fast and reduce repeated requests. These cached entries are short-lived and are used only to support the download workflow.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic traffic patterns, page performance, and tool reliability. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides privacy-friendly aggregate metrics and does not place tracking cookies or build personal advertising profiles.

Server Logs

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may process technical logs such as IP address, request path, browser type, timestamps, and error details. These logs help us keep the service secure, debug failures, and prevent abuse.

Cookies

The core downloader does not require an account or login cookie. Our current Cloudflare Web Analytics setup is designed to work without tracking cookies.

Third-Party Platforms

SnapX-Video is independent and is not affiliated with X, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, or their parent companies. When you download media from a public post, the original platform may still receive requests according to how its media delivery works.

Your Responsibility

Use downloaded media responsibly. Respect copyrights, platform terms, and the rights of original creators. SnapX-Video is a utility tool and does not grant ownership or reuse rights for any media file.

We may update this page when the service changes or when additional operational, security, or analytics tools are added.
